This apartment was envisioned as a show unit designed to feel like a real home—a space where potential buyers could immediately see themselves living comfortably. The developer tasked us with creating a warm, functional, and inviting environment, balancing style with everyday practicality.

To achieve this, our designers decided to choose a modern yet timeless design approach. The kitchen is compact yet efficient, with clean white cabinetry, woody accents, and sleek lighting, emphasizing functionality while maintaining elegance. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly into the dining and living areas, ensuring an airy and connected feel throughout the apartment.

After a sit down with the developers the vision was clear: “create a show unit that would resonate with potential buyers by showcasing a modern, comfortable, and aspirational home”. They wanted the space to feel welcoming yet sophisticated, catering to urban lifestyles while maximizing the functionality of every square meter.

In the brainstorming phase, our designers drew inspiration from minimalist Scandinavian aesthetics and the warmth of mid-century modern design. The goal was to balance clean, uncluttered lines with cozy textures and inviting tones. Key inspirations included natural materials, soft neutral palettes, and functional layouts that optimize space without sacrificing style.

Our designers guiding concept was to craft a space that felt attainable yet elevated—somewhere a buyer could immediately imagine living, relaxing, and thriving. From this foundation, our designers developed a cohesive design that would highlight the apartment’s potential and align with the developer’s vision of modern living.
